• Display

• Edit

• Modify

• Adapt

• Translate

• Broadcast

• Stream

• Promote

• Archive

• License

• Create derivative works from the Submitted Content in any format, platform, or medium now known or developed in the future.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Websites

• Social media platforms

• YouTube

• Streaming services

• Television

• Podcasts

• Newsletters

• Print publications

• Marketing materials

• Educational materials

• Presentations

• Sponsorship materials

• Advertising campaigns

• Future TPN products and services

3. Media Release

By participating in interviews, recordings, photographs, videos, podcasts, live streams, or other media activities associated with TPN, you grant permission for your:

• Name

• Voice

• Image

• Likeness

• Biography

• Organization information

• Statements

to be recorded, photographed, published, displayed, distributed, edited, and used by TPN and its partners for editorial, educational, promotional, commercial, and archival purposes.

You understand and agree that TPN may edit content for length, clarity, formatting, branding, production quality, or editorial purposes.

4. No Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of TPN, participation is voluntary.

You understand and agree that:

• You are not entitled to compensation.

• You are not entitled to royalties.

• You are not entitled to residual payments.

• You are not entitled to future revenue sharing.

• You waive any right to inspect or approve final content before publication.

Participation is provided voluntarily in support of education, storytelling, conservation awareness, and community engagement.

5. Editorial Rights

TPN retains sole and absolute editorial discretion regarding:

• Whether content is published

• How content is presented

• How content is edited

• When content is published

• Where content is distributed

• Whether content remains available in the future

Submission does not guarantee publication, feature coverage, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.

6. Ownership of TPN Produced Content

Any photographs, videos, recordings, interviews, articles, documentaries, graphics, designs, publications, edits, compilations, productions, or derivative works created, produced, commissioned, or edited by TPN shall remain the exclusive property of The Pollinators Network.

TPN shall retain all rights, title, and interest in such content.

7. Third Party Content

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates copyright laws

• Contains unauthorized trademarks

• Includes confidential information

• Violates privacy rights

• Contains unlawful material

• Is fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, threatening, or harmful

TPN reserves the right to remove or reject content at its sole discretion.

8. Indemnification
